Can they sack me without any warnings?

live in the UK and have been working for my company for just over 2 years. My company are rather ruthless with staff and think they are trying to get rid of the highest earners to get trainees in for less money. I have never had any warnings but today was suspended subject to a disciplinary on wednesday for unauthorised use of the internet (not anything illicit). I know they intend to sack me. What are my rights?
