01 blazer runs but only if you start it by dumping fuel into the throttle body?

I got my blazer to run today but it was only cause I dumped fuel into the throttle body. It had a rough idle but ran great once i brought it past 1,500 rpm. Could this be b/c of a TPS, CKPS, or VCM? I also herd that some car have a fump pump reset switch cause I just replaced my fuel pump. Is my truck equipped with one?
