Best weight gainer? Trying to gain 10 pounds of lean muscle.?
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 175lbs and just started working out again a few weeks ago after having stopped about a year due to injury and being too busy but decided to get back in. I currently eat three meals a day. For breakfast I usually have fiber cereal, organic milk and a banana, for lunch a grilled turkey burger or chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, no mayo at all in wheat bread and sometines a soup, and for dinner I have rice some vegetables and chicken or rice, meat, and lentils. I sometimes replace a meal like lunch or breakfast with a half a serving of Cyto gainer blended in milk and banana which is about 500 calories, over 30 grams of protein and over 40 grams of carbs. I only workout 3 days a week due to school and work. I only have a protein shake after a workout in water a half serving of cyto gainer or sometimes as a meal replacement in milk if I can't get an actual meal quickly. I also started taking one scoop of casein protein(24 grams of protein) before bed a few times a week. I am looking for tips on gaining weight through nutrition and supplements. Which is the best weight gainer? Cyto Gainer, Pro Complex, Gaspari's Real M, or BSN's True M? On of days I only take casein before bed which has 23 grams of protein but only a few carbs. Should I take any at all on off days which is 4 days a week?? Should I increase to a full serving instead of half for my meal replacement and or after workout?? Should I take before bed instead of Casein? What are the best times on no workout days if any and on training days?
