How can i fit 22s or 24s on a 97 buick lesabre?

yea i was thinking of putting rims on my car and i want to put 22s or 24s on my 97 buick lesabre custom. i just dont know how to go about raising the car to fit the rims i want it done right so if any knows how to raise my car that way i can fit the big rims and be able to do a u turn.
