Awesomely vivid dreams how come?

So just recently I have been having really vivid dreams almost as if I am in reality. Now these dreams are awesome cuz I get to express myself freely and have lots o' fun. Like last night I was at a chic bar and all of a sudden all these women gather round me and wanna make out. The sensations were so real! The best part is I remember them very clearly afterward. I hear it has to do with us connecting with our soul. Whats your take?
