Is Health Care Reform like: paying $200 to $600 a month now and getting a new car four years later?

If the payments only ended in 2013, I'd say that was a good deal--kind of like layaway. However, the payments will continue until the day we die. At that point, perhaps they will refund my children the thousands of dollars I paid in advance.
