Will these concrete L bolts hold in the concrete footing?

Yes the bolts will hold, they have a shear rating of around 45,000 psi. But for future reference pour the concrete a little wider next time. As a rule of thumb when i am pouring something, even remotely, structural i do not like my bolts within 6" of the edge of the concrete. There is always a chance of a bad mix or just washout, and the concrete could chip out up to the bolt, then there is not anything holding. But for what your pouring it will hold.
