Ipod apps dissapear when my brother use ssh and all apps icon dissapeared, after reboot, it disappeard?

My brother use my itouch and when i see it all the apps icon is gone and when i reboot the apps that take the space is there but the apps, music and videos are deleted, what is going on. My itouch is 3rd gen 32GB and is already jailbroken
