How do you get 2 part epoxy off of an enamal tub?

My son (ironically the 10 year old and not the youngest one ;( ) got into some 2 part epoxy. He got it on the tub but it is not mixed together there is a streak of the clear stuff and a streak of the other stuff. I have tried washing it (when it was still wet) tried steel wool (just scd the paint and left the epoxy). Am I stuck with this crud on my tub? Is there any hope short of refinishing the whole tub? I rent so I have to get it off or pay to fix it...
