Who likes HMO's? Who thinks Government would make a GREAT HMO?

ok so that is the question and with that I just wanted to add a few facts just for FYI in case anyone didnt know, but the question still is who thinks Government would make a better HMO than what we have right now as it is my understanding and correct me if I am wrong we are supposed to as a society make changes for the better, right?
