When shoul i recive my package from USPS?

i bought a phone from eBay on the 11th and on the USPS site it says"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 12, 2008 to expect your package for mailing" but i still haven't received it and its already the 19.when do you think i will get it and it is being shipped to California from Georgia, i would really appreciate if you can help me and thank you in advance
