Do I have the wrong attitude?

Do I have the wrong attitude towards women? It's simple. If I can't at least get your number or hold a conversation with that that'd lead me to getting your number. I ain't gonna f*cking talk to you? Why do men and women have to be so difficult? Accept me. I'm a guy, and I don't understand why it's so hard for people to just speak when spoken to? I often mistake politeness from females as flirting, so that pisses me off too. What is it, girls?? What should I expect?
