University of San Francisco or UCSD? Which is easier for accepting units when transferring from a cc?

I'm planning on transferring mostly to USF but I heard its really hard to get your units transferred over. I'm scared it will take me more than two years to compelte my BA because my all my units from my community college wont transfer? Does anyone have experience in this?
