Can someone make sense of my toe? (picture included)?

It looks like you got a bunion dude. I'm not a doctor so I don't know for sure, but it looks like what Dr. Oz was talking about on Oprah the other week. If that's what it is then I don't think it's anything to worry about unless it hurts- in which case you can have it removed.
