Are republicans making the right choice by going hard on Hispanics?

Its very easy for them to say this now or perhaps they're just kids. However by 2020, Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and New Mexico will all lean blue. Making it very hard for republicans to have a chance, So if I were republicans I'd stop pandering to organizations like the NRA ( they're going to vote GOP anywy ) and just focus on building a bridge with Hispanics..
